Hooping!

This saturday, June 14th, plan to spend some relaxing time listening to FREE music at HWB’s first Concert on the Green of the summer, with a Hooping Demo (by me, of course!!) during one of the breaks!!

See the HWB website at http://hwbcommunitycenter.org for the schedule and details. It runs from 6pm-9pm and is open to the public.

I’m puting together some more Waist & Passing Hooping technique classes for those who want to see if they can still hoop — or even hoop for the first time!!

Call me for details!! I keep class size to a maximum of 8 or 10 so everyone gets plenty of assistance and encouragement during the 60 minute class! Get your name in there before it fills up — or get a few friends together and we can schedule a class JUST for you! You know - people you enjoy laughing with!!

Diane hooping - halo's are great for preventing neck and shoulder tightnessBelieve it or not, Hula Hooping is a fantastic form of exercise!  We can get really technical and talk about the benefits - like cardio, coordination, flexibility, stability, strength, but that’s really boring!!  The real scoop is that Hooping is FUN!!  It’s good for you, too?  Cool!  As ‘grown-ups’ we need to (and deserve to) get back to ‘going out to play’.  Hooping is just that!

Recent press coverage:

  • Tri-County Press - Wednesday, April 23rd - FRONT PAGE!!
  • Your Hometown Equirer - Thursday, May 1st, page 8 under the Glendale section!
