I offer massage and bodywork to help you relax and find relief from pain and stiffness. I welcome the opportunity to help you escape your everyday worries and tension through massage. Being able to step back for a bit can really help make those challenges seem smaller and simpler!
My unique specialty is coaching clients through the focused, two-person stretching techniques that make up The Rossiter System of bodywork. The Rossiter System is the Ultimate Deep Tissue work. Most clients experience immediate and dramatic reduction of pain and stiffness in the first workout. Subsequent sessions create longer lasting change. Most only need to return several times to tackle their problems and return occasionally for a ‘tune-up’ appointment - often months apart.
The Rossiter System addresses basically all areas of your body: feet, knees, hips, shoulders, neck, elbows, wrists, hands and back. We can focus on one to three areas per workout. Therapeutic and Relaxation Massage - Mix of massage techniques including deep tissue and trigger point work as needed to help relieve your trouble areas and to help you relax and release built-up tension and stress. - 30 minute sessions for $40. Thirty minute focus on specific trouble areas.
- 60 minute session for $70. Full body massage.
- 70 minute session for $80. Full body massage with extra focus on a particular area.
- 90 minute session for $100. Full body massage with extra time spent on your favorite areas!
Couples Massage - receive a massage with your honey in the same room with two massage therapists and some extra special touches. Great start to a relaxing, romantic evening together!

- $80. 60 min first time, 30-40 minutes after that.
- $25. Quick-Fixes - 10 minute one-area Rossiter stretches.

- $75 per hour with a two hour minimum.

Availability
Massage and Rossiter in-office appointments are available Monday thru Friday 10am till 8pm. If I come to you, weekdays and weekends are all possible. Hooping classes are currently scheduled for Monday Mornings and Wednesday Evenings. Call me for info - and come out and PLAY!!! It’s SO much better than ‘working out’!!
