See the HWB website at http://hwbcommunitycenter.org for the schedule and details. It runs from 6pm-9pm and is open to the public.

I’m puting together some more Waist & Passing Hooping technique classes for those who want to see if they can still hoop — or even hoop for the first time!!

Call me for details!! I keep class size to a maximum of 8 or 10 so everyone gets plenty of assistance and encouragement during the 60 minute class! Get your name in there before it fills up — or get a few friends together and we can schedule a class JUST for you! You know - people you enjoy laughing with!!

Classes are ongoing, starting in May, in Glendale at the Harry Whiting Brown Community Center on Sharon Road, across the street from Massage in Glendale. They are open to anyone interested (beware it’s mostly boomer women!). To register or for more information, call Diane Meyer at 513.502.0223. Advance registration is necessary because classes are small!

The recommended Travel Hoops are available online at http://hoopnotica.com or at Massage in Glendale.

Technique Class - call for dates and times. Start with Waist and Passing moves to get your whole body involved. Take the more advanced classes (Hips and Halos; Floating & Corkscrews; More Corkscrews) when you’re ready to take your fun to a new level!

Group Hoop - up to 10 people at a time. I bring the hoops!

$60 per hour with a $30 travel fee for less than 2 hours booked

Check it out!! Please call Diane at 513.502.0223 with ANY questions at all. She’ll probably invite you to stop by the Studio and play! Any excuse to break out the hoops works!!

When’s the last time you honestly just went out to play??

Diane Meyer was awarded the distinction of Certified Rossiter System Instructor on Sunday, December 9th, along with 11 other candidates from around the country.

The Rossiter System has been around since the mid-eighties, taught by the founder, Richard Rossiter for continuing education for the past seven years. These 12 are the first to help teach this amazing method of getting people out of pain.

Introductory and Unit I Workshops taught by Diane will be listed on the official Rossiter System website, here, and on Diane’s website - http://dianemeyerlmt.com as they are scheduled.

Rossiter System Workshops are open to anyone physically able to do the work. No professional accreditation is required. If you have a body that works reasonably well, and a determination to help others, you’re good to go!

Professional continuing education (CEU) credits can be earned for NCBTMB, NASM, NATA, NSCA, and DANB, with more organizations coming on board.
