Your Massage
Therapeutic Massage, sometimes called Medical Massage, focuses on specific areas of tightness and pain. I use the amount of pressure that is comfortable and effective for you. The more areas you need worked, the longer the session should be. Sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes.
Relaxation Massage is primarily Swedish Massage. It generally includes a mix of techniques from other styles of massage. Each massage, including the amount of pressure, is uniquely suited to provide for your ultimate comfort. Most relaxation massages are 60 minutes.
Deep Tissue & Sports Massage are usually the more serious work, geared to releasing built-up tightness and discomfort in your body. Deep tissue doesn't mean I'm pounding away at you during the entire session. You'll need to schedule a longer session to get the focus you need on specific areas. Usually 70 to 90 minutes.
