I offer Rossiter Stretching in 20 minute sessions in my private practices in the Village of Glendale in northern Cincinnati and in the Aspen - Glenwood Springs area of Colorado.

Each session is designed to address one specific area of pain, tightness or discomfort. For example: neck and shoulders; back and hips; arms, wrist, hands; knees, calves, feet.

There are over 180 different stretches in the Rossiter 'Arsenal' to address tightness and restricted movement from head to toe.

Rossiter addresses soft tissue / structural issues, reducing tightness and restoring your body's natural space and range of motion (ROM) by focusing on connective tissue.

Rossiter Stretching can help eliminate new (acute) or old (chronic) pain from your body and restore your natural ease of movement (mobility) and flexibility.

Occasional follow-on sessions maintain all that's good and keep the tightness away!

$80. Rossiter Full Workout - Hand, wrist and elbow work requires 3-6 stretches. Longer sessions are often needed to really make a dent in that pain and tightness you've been carrying around for ages!
Up to 6 unique stretches for more thorough coverage in one area or to work on a couple areas.
40 minutes per session.

$80. 1/2 & 1/2 - Rossiter Quick Fix (1-3 unique stretches) followed by 40 minutes of massage to 'smooth it all out'!
